FINE JSC Commences Fabrication of Steel Pipe System for the Bakheng Water Production Facilities – Phase 3 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

FINE Joint Stock Company (FINE JSC) officially broke ground on the contract package “Fabrication and Supply of Steel Pipes” for the Bakheng Water Production Facilities – Phase 3 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

This project plays a vital role in expanding clean water supply capacity for the Phnom Penh region, and signifies a strategic collaboration between FINE JSC and VINCI Construction Grands Projets S.A.S., one of the world’s leading construction groups headquartered in France.

The Bakheng Water Production Facilities project is a key infrastructure initiative designed to enhance the quality and capacity of the urban water supply system. In its role as a subcontractor for pipe fabrication and supply, FINE JSC is tasked with manufacturing and delivering high-quality steel pipe components in strict compliance with the most rigorous international technical standards.
