FINE JSC provides services in designing, fabricating, and manufacturing industrial piping systems based on technical requirements for various facilities in the oil & gas, chemical, energy, industrial plant, water supply & drainage, fire protection systems, and other specialized piping systems.
With a team of highly skilled mechanical engineers and a modern fabrication system, FINE ensures that our products are precise, durable, and fully compliant with stringent technical standards and regulatory requirements.
Service includes:
Pipe Design:
- Technical consultancy and site survey.
- Construction drawings designed in accordance with ASME, ISO, and TCVN standards.
- Optimization of pipeline routing and support structure layouts.
Fabrication & Manufacturing:
- Cutting, bending, welding, and assembly according to detailed design drawings.
- Welding of pipes and fittings (flanges, elbows, tees, valves...) following approved procedures.
- Surface treatments include: galvanizing, shot blasting, thermal insulation coating, anti-corrosion painting.
Quality Assurance & Inspection:
- Pressure testing (hydrotest, pneumatic test).
- Non-destructive testing (NDT): weld ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant...v.v.
- Preparation of inspection reports and full quality documentation.
Materials used:
Carbon Steel
Standards: ASTM A106, A53, JIS G3452, TCVN 198.
Stainless Steel
Standards: AISI 304, 316; ASTM A312; JIS G3448.
