Pipeline Fabrication, Manufacturing and Delivery.

1. Project Overview.

FINE is executing the scope of fabrication and manufacturing of water transmission pipeline systems for the Bakheng Water Treatment Plant – Stage 3, one of the key water infrastructure projects in Cambodia.

The scope is carried out under contract with VINCI, serving the construction and completion of the water treatment plant for the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA).

2. Scope of Work and Fabrication Process.

All pipeline components are fabricated and manufactured at FINE’s workshop, in strict compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality control procedures. The main fabrication stages include:

  • Cutting and forming of steel pipes in accordance with approved drawings;
  • Welding assembly and finishing works;
  • Dimensional and quality inspection;
  • Application of internal and external protective coating;
  • Packing, loading, and transportation for delivery.

The entire fabrication process is continuously supervised by FINE’s engineering and QA/QC teams, together with third‑party inspection, ensuring that all products fully meet project requirements for quality, safety, and long‑term operational performance.

3. Second Shipment and Upcoming Deliveries.

The attached images document the second shipment in FINE’s supply sequence for the Bakheng Water Treatment Plant – Stage 3 project.

Upon completion, the pipeline components are securely packed, properly restrained, and transported by specialized vehicles to the project site, where they are handed over to VINCI for further installation and integration into the overall plant system.

According to the project execution plan, additional fabrication and delivery batches will continue in the coming period, in line with site installation progress and project scheduling requirements.
