Surface Preparation & Coating Application:

Perform mechanical/abrasive blasting to meet surface preparation standards (SA 2.5 – SA 3).
Apply coating systems in multiple stages: primer – intermediate – finish, in compliance with technical specifications.

Quality Inspection & Handover:

Conduct thickness measurements, adhesion testing, and chemical resistance verification.
Provide technical reports and complete commissioning documentation.
