FINE JSC undertook the fabrication and completion of a 2-ton overhead crane system for the Phnom Penh Water Treatment Plant. The scope of work included fabrication of the main girder, weld quality inspection, industrial-grade surface finishing, and final delivery in strict compliance with technical specifications.
